StoryTime Yoga
(ages 2.5-5 )

Storytime Yoga

This fun & active class combines children’s books and movement to offer a special experience for toddlers, preschoolers and their caregivers! In this class children will learn poses, sing songs, and play games while exploring movement and social skills using books as our adventure guides. Classes are filled with the opportunity to get energy out, take deep breaths and also provide quiet time for kiddos to sit and be still.  Mindfulness is incorporated through listening games and creative present moment thinking activities utilizing their senses.  Following the class, little ones will enjoy a story time while the classroom transforms into a playroom filled with opportunities to use their imagination, engage in gross motor activities, and practice socializing with other little ones their age! 

Intended Audience: Children ages 2.5 – 5 years old and a caregiver 

Baby & Caregiver Yoga

This class provides an excellent opportunity for one-on-one time to bond with your little one. You will learn a variety of movements, stretches and activities to use daily, supporting the development of your baby and providing you time for deep breathing. This is a 6 week series and best for babies 6 weeks to pre-crawlers. Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (one can be provided if needed) and a small toy for class! No previous yoga experience is needed.

Tot & Toddler Yoga

This class is structured to encourage and support your toddler’s physical explorations with repetition of movement and songs. Give your little one the time and space to nurture creativity, practice mindfulness and release energy in a constructive way! This is a 6 week series and best for kiddos crawling and up to 3 years old.  Please dress in comfortable clothing. No previous yoga experience is needed.

Earth & Aerial Yoga Kids

Class is held at Earth & Aerial Yoga located at 43 Broad St Suite B307, Hudson, MA 01749

Kindergarten - 2nd Grade

Saturdays @ 11:45-12:30 PM

Thursdays @ 4:00 - 4:45 PM​ (open to K - 5th Grade)

Sign up for 7 or 14 consecutive weeks. Must sign up for complete sessions.
Session 2: March 4-April 22 (no class April 15)
Session 3: April 29-June 17 (no class May 27)

3rd Grade - 5th Grade

This unique combination of traditional and aerial yoga for kids will bring your little ones into a space of awareness, creativity, strength and tranquility. Featuring a different focus each week, this developmentally appropriate class will incorporate traditional yoga poses and flows that are specifically designed to enhance core strength, balance, concentration and full-body coordination. Children will use the aerial yoga hammock in various ways, including to stretch, strengthen and rest. The instructors will also introduce an array of breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques, giving students guidance on how they can incorporate them into their daily lives as coping skills. No previous yoga experience required. Class size is limited to - Choose from one of three sessions.

2023 Virtual Rest & Reset Classes

Do you have a child age 10-15 that:
*is an overthinker
*doesn't get much physical activity
*needs to learn tools to practice mindfulness
*could benefit from taking deep breaths
*has a hard time slowing down

If so, this 6 week virtual Rest & Reset Yoga is a wonderful opportunity to help them get ready for the busy week ahead of them. 30 minutes on a Sunday evening taking time to make themselves a priority and to stretch, organize their mind, practice mindfulness, take deep breaths and rest.

No prior yoga experience is required, must register for all 6 weeks. Classes held 2/26, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 3/26 &4/2
